Introduction: The aim of this project was to review all adrenal masses ≥ 10 cm managed in our organisation over a 10-year period (2012-2022).Results: 20 adrenal masses ≥10 cm in maximal diameter were identified (range 10-32 cm, average 16.6 cm, 6 above 20 cm and one above 30 cm).
